Coronado Gas Prices Hit $4 Per Gallon

Remember this post from June, 2010? Members were frustrated when gas rose over $3.60 per gallon!

According to a KPBS article: Analysts attribute the rising prices to increasing prices for imported crude oil stemming from the unrest in the Middle East.

We just snapped this photo this morning from the Valero station on the corner of Orange Avenue and 4th Street:

Where do you get gas when the prices start climbing? Costco, Imperial Beach or just ride your bike everywhere?

Oil companies just keep gouging the dealers...and our customers...while they make record high profits.

Gas here us now priced at the equivalent of $8.50 for one of your US gallons. As our gallons are bigger they cost the equivalent of $10.20 at current exchange rates.

A large chunk of our gallon price is government duty - i.e. Tax.
