Coronado Real Estate Market Update - July 2012
The Coronado real estate market slowed down a little in July.
During the month of July, Coronado had 182 Active listings, 26 new Pending Listings & 13 Sold Listings! 10 properties sold in Coronado Village, 0 in the Coronado Shores & 3 in the Coronado Cays. Sales in July were definitely down from last month's sales, which were at 31 sold properties, but pending sales picked up, suggesting a more productive August.
