Coronado Summer Concert In-The-Park Schedule

Coronado Summer Concerts in Spreckels Park - Located at the corner of 6th Street and Orange Avenue.

Come on down to Spreckels Park for the best summer concert series around. Bring family, friends and food as you enjoy a wonderful night of music in the heart of Coronado. Adults and kids alike will dance, laugh, break bread and most of all listen to great music in one of our favorite parks on the island. Get a good spot for your blanket, chairs or wagon and arrive 30-45 minutes before the start time. Please note, no dogs are allowed.  For more information on booking a band or contacting the official organization, click here.

New Rule:  Absolutely NO THROWING OR CATCHING OF ANY OBJECTS--beach balls, baseballs, soccer, balls, footballs frisbees, rings, including all Nerf Balls.  All activity will be over at the Playground area where parents, and guardians are expected to watch their children at all times.

Be sure to share this event page with your friends and perhaps you can even put together a pot-luck meetup at the concert.  This is truly one of the best attractions on Coronado - don't miss it!

We're getting excited for another incredible summer of gourmet picnics in the Park, music, and community spirit. There's a Newf in My Soup, my Coronado food blog, will feature regular blog posts about our unique culinary themes for each Sunday during Concert season. Visit and subscribe to the blog to follow our culinary adventures throughout the year, and stop by during the concert season to say hello. We set up under the Jacaranda tree, closest to 6th and Orange.

One of my favorite Coronado summer activities. I love seeing the kids run around and dance by the gazebo!

We plan our visits around the delightful Concerts in the Park.  We arrive every Friday and leave on Monday just so we can enjoy the outstanding music and cool evenings.  So, please post the schedule on your webpage as soon as possible.

Thank you,

Ted and Mary Twesme, Las Vegas

Sometimes, when I am working late at the high school, I can hear the Community Band practicing on campus and I can tell you with conviction that they will be ready to kick us off in high style on May 29th!

Time to dust off the wagon in the garage and prep for summer concerts.  Best time of the year in Coronado!

This year we are looking for high school students to volunteer at the concerts.  If you have a high school student looking for volunteer hours, please send me an email at and I will provide more information.  The students will help with set up, assist with directions, hand out flyers and help take down the tent.  We are looking for 4 teenagers at each concert.  Thanks!

David, thanks for the note.  We modified it.  Your show rocked last year.  So excited to have your band visit Coronado again.  Love this video of you and the Coronado crowd:
