CUSD Schools Report Normal Operations After Lockdown

Today February 12, 2013 at approximately 8:50 AM the Coronado Police Department ordered all Coronado Unified School District facilities into lockdown mode. The district staff complied immediately with the lockdown order. Fifteen minutes later the lockdown order was lifted and all schools returned to normal operations without incident. The district would like to thank the Coronado Police Department for their prompt reaction and efficient communication.
