My husband, Andrew, and I are newlyweds and we both love to cook. We love crepes, but have never had the time or chance to learn how to cook them ourselves. We'd love to attend a cooking class at Fabrison's and learn how to create these delicacies first hand from the masters at your beautiful new restaurant. When I was young, and my father was stationed in Paris, my favorite snack to buy from the street vendors was a lemon and sugar crepe. I still remember the amazing texture and perfect sweet/tart combo of those amazing crepes. I would love to recreate that experience and learn how to cook my own crepes! Thank you!!

I am always looking for new things to cook and love to create dishes for my family that we all enjoy.  My husband loves crepes, but like Ann, we have never taken the time to learn to make them ourselves.  What a wonderful treat it would be to join you in your new restaurant to learn the craft of delicious crepe making.  It would be an enjoyable learning experience and a date night (we have three school age children) as well.

I would like to win this as a surprise for my daughter who is a senior in high school. She loves to cook and loves all things French. I think she would eat crepes every day if she could :)   She is taking the wonderful Culinary Arts class at Coronado HIgh this year and could then teach all the other teens the art of crepe making.  We are so glad you came to Coronado.  Delicious food, lovely setting, and great servers!  Thanks!

Our family just returned from 3 years overseas and we found that my 12 year old son seriously enjoyed tasting foods in each country that we visited.  He turned in to quite the critic and could discern a crepe from Paris compared to a crepe from Nice, a pizza from Venice to a pizza from Naples, brown bread from Ireland to some from Scotland.

Since returning, we have made a point to find our favorite foods from Europe here in San Diego.  We hit the jackpot when we found Fabrison's.  It is now my sons favorite place to have lunch and some of the wait staff already knows our "regular".

I would love to attend a cooking class with him.  He always enjoyed cooking in the kitchen with me, not that I am a chef by any means, but we usually stick desserts.  We tried making crepes once, to no avail. It would be great to nurture his love for cooking, but also, cooking his favorite lunch and dessert.

So fun! Growing up, I had a friend whose mom made crepes for all sleepovers. It was so fun to get up in the morning and help her swirl the batter around the bottom of the pan to get just the right thickness. We have always done sweet crepes, but I would love to learn some tips on going savory! This would be so fun to experience. =)

My husband is in the military and has been out to sea for most of this month, and will be gone most of next, and off and on again for the following months and then will deploy after that, we don't get much time to spend together just the two of us often since we have two small children. Neither of us have had much experience with crepes so it would be new to both of us and a great date night. We would both really enjoy fun cooking class.

I'm a local food blogger, food photographer, and writer/photographer for Wine & Dine San Diego. I always enjoy taking cooking classes and improving my cooking skills. Also, if I'm chosen, I would love to take complimentary photographs of the class and the crepes made during the class. Here's a photo of an Orange-Cranberry Crepe, drizzled with Nutella, I made with my online cooking group, French Fridays with Dorie.

My husband David and I love to eat out in Coronado and love to bring out of town guests here to sample our favorite local restaurants. I can't think of a better way to experience Fabrison's-- not simply eating their food, but meeting their chefs, seeing the working of the kitchen, learning how the fabulous crepe-- the foundation of their best dishes!-- is made, AND eating the results.  As a realtor, he loves to show off Coronado to new visitors and those thinking of moving here, so it would be great to put Fabrison's on his list of Coronado locals' "secrets."

I think my wife Jill who went to high school at the American School of Paris in France would love to take this class.  We went to Paris last year and loved the food and the crepes at the local street stores.  Please consider us for this class.

My dear husband Ivan would just roll his eyes at the idea of this--after all, what would his buddies say?--but in  truth he'd love it.  Ok, so he's more comfortable in sweaty gym clothes than an apron but he is starting to warm up to cooking dishes other than meat on the grill. Ivan is a careful cook and pulls great slabs off that grill but his repertoire is pretty limited. A class like this would be a true adventure for Mr. Medium Rare, and could open a whole new world of enjoyment for him.  And of course for me.  I was dying to take these lessons from the moment I heard about them.  Doing it together--now that would be fun for sure.  I nominate Ivan and Katie!
