Field Trip! Coronado Third Graders Visit CHA Museum of History and Art & the Hotel del Coronado (photos)

I took a short break from eCoronado.com to help chaperone my daughter's third grade class on a field trip.  They visited the Coronado Historical Association Museum of History and Art and the Hotel del Coronado.  The students were on excellent behavior and I was impressed with their attention in the museum and their very thoughtful questions when the toured the Del.  Of course, the most popular question was about Kate Morgan - our resident 'hotel ghost'.  They are third graders after all.

How wonderful that our Village students can just stroll from their classroom and in a few minutes, arrive at both of these historical destinations.

Here are a few photos from our 'walking' field trip:

My daughter and I had a great time and encourage you to WALK to both locations and have your own field trip!

What a wonderful, local field trip! I'll have to take my own Coronado walking tour soon. Thank you for all the great photos!

Did this with my daughter too and had a great time!  The favorite thing for the class was the scavenger hunt in the museum.

Great pictures!  It was fun to see my son Connor in a couple of them.  So glad you all had fun.  Best, Kristen
