Fluorescent green die in the ocean in front of the Del and Coast Guard Chopper circling...kelp galore in front of shores
Could anyone explain the die, the chopper and when the city plans to clear the kelp?

I took my grandkid out Sunday w. his boogieboard at the Shores Beach. We could hardly stumble thru the muck to even get to the waterline. Throw in some red jellyfish and sea slugs and it was like wading thru asian soup. The water is very warm. Dr. Beach????

The bulldozers were out today moving some of it...made it into the water but the first 20-30 yards is still full of it...definite jellyfish in the muck...
