I think it would be a great idea if the theme for the fourth of July celebration could incorporate a "Welcome Back and Thanks" to the Iraq war veterans.  The war with Iraq was officially over on December 16, 2011 and I think the men and women who fought for our freedom deserve to be recognized and honored.  There were more than 4400 American men and women killed and over 33,000 wounded warriors.  No matter your feelings about the war, these heroes should be recognized.
