Coronado is home to many naval commands and in a time honored tradition, each of these commands periodically celebrates the accomplishments of its' out-going leader and installs the new "releiving" commander.  Just such an event took place at North Island recently for Helicopter Sea Combat Squardon-21, a newer naval unit that traces a long history here in Coronado through is HS-11 roots.

Commander Saunders, as is Navy tradition, received several gifts from members of his squadron including this presentation from the chief's mess.
