I am a Victim of Fraud
Gullible me. I just found out I was a victim of fraud when I supposedly bought a magazine subscription from some door-to-door salespeople last August. Looks like I won't be reading People for the next two years. I've since put a No Soliciting sign next to my front door. Amazingly, people still knock and say, "We saw your sign, but . . . " No more exceptions. I have learned my lesson.
