The CMS office is open for business from 8:00 – 3:30 p.m. starting on Monday, August 6th. Families that are NEW TO CORONADO are encouraged to register for school. Call 522-8921 if you have any questions.
REGISTRATION PROCESS: The registration packet pick-up will occur online for
the 12-13 school year. Please go to https://www.edline.net/pages/Coronado_USD to
download the forms. COMPLETED packets can be returned for processing at Granzer
Hall from 8:00-12:00 & 1:00-3:30 on:
August 14th for last names beginning with A-K
August 15th for last names beginning with L-Z
A reminder that each parent must provide two (2) proofs of residency.
Student Photos: Student photos will be taken when you submit your registration packet
on August 14-15.
Orientation and Walk Through for NEW STUDENTS - Wednesday, August 22,
11:00 – 12:30 p.m – Granzer Hall -- All new students and their parents are invited
to attend a presentation about our instructional program and many other details will
be covered about CMS. Students will be able to locate their classrooms and become
familiar with the campus after the orientation.
The FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL for students is Thursday, August 23. Students who
have not returned their packet must report to the office on the first day of school. They
will not be able to start school until a completed packet is turned in. School begins at
BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT for parents is scheduled for August 29, at 5:15 p.m.
A welcome to parents by Jay Marquand, Principal, will be shown on live broadcast
in 1st period class at 5:15 p.m. Parents will follow their child’s schedule from period
one through eight. Teachers will make a presentation on their course requirements and
academic and citizenship expectations. The evening is planned to provide parents with
information regarding their child’s programs. While we would enjoy having students
attend, space and time limitations require us to ask that students not attend the Back to
Comment (keep it clean & on topic)
