Comment by Madison W. on September 10, 2012 at 8:51pm: Last year we had the CSF Locals Card since we paid to join the PTA and we received the directory. The only disappointment was that we could only use the card one time only, most of the businesses informed us that the discount was a once only deal. Hopefully this year the businesses and/or the schools will be more clear on how many times one can use the card until it is no longer valid.

We have used our card at multiple locations multiple times and have never been told it could be used once.
