The Navy will christen the littoral combat ship Coronado on Saturday morning at a ceremony in Mobile, Ala.

Longtime Coronado resident Susan Keith will serve as the ship's sponsor and break a champagne bottle across the bow, following naval tradition. Assistant Secretary of the Navy Sean Stackley will deliver the principal address at the ceremony.
