PAWS of Coronado Featured Pet of the Week: Abby

Abby is a one year old, female Shih Tzu/Poodle variety.  She's a 13 pound fluffernutter with her white/brown/black and cream ringlets.  This girl is eager to please and very responsive to loving attention.  Abby was found as a stray and will need a little encouragement to get her confidence back, but just the same, she is committed to trusting that her human friends are looking out for her welfare.  This fluffy sweetheart of a dog offers kisses easily and loves a tummy rub.  All she needs now is the family who will allow her to give and receive the love she has to offer.  Once you meet her, you'll agree, Abby is a fun, loving little girl who would add loving spoonfuls to any household.

You can meet other dogs and cats available for adoption at the Coronado Animal Care Facility (ACF) on 1395 First Street.  Hours of operation are 9am - 4pm, every day but major holidays.  To see and read about other animals needing homes, please view our websites: pawsofcoronado.org and petfinder.com.   All our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped and current on their immunizations prior to their adoption.  PAWS of Coronado would like to announce our new program, Feline Baby Boomers /Senior to Senior Adoption Program.  Cats 10+ years adopted to parents 55+ years get a reduced fee of $35 for the first cat, $15 for the second.
