Nelson is a 2 year old male Lab/Rottweiler variety, tan and chocolate brown in coloring. 

Besides absolutely gorgeous, he's a great kid.  When he strikes that regal pose, Nelson looks like he's ready for the show ring, a natural at looking handsome.  Fun and smiling all the time, he's well-mannered and gets along with whatever program is delivered.  He's proven to enjoy the company of whoever visits and seems able to coexist with kids.  

Matching him with another dog will require an introduction to see if the chemistry is right. He may just fare best as the only canine.  As for cats, he’s not quite sure what he thinks about the felines he encounters; they are kind of a mystery to him.  

Nelson is a fun dog who wants to join your family and offer the companionship and love that might make your day.

This handsome boy resides at the Coronado Animal Care Facility (ACF) on 1395 First Street.  Hours of operation are 9am - 4pm, every day but major holidays.
