Physicals for Sports '09 - Additional Date!! Th Aug 13; 2-5pm
Dr. Patrick Yassini has generously volunteered his office for a limited number of additional physicals for sports!
Date: Thursday, August 13th
Time: 2 - 5 PM
Location: 230 Prospect Place, 3rd floor (medical office building on Sharp Coronado Hospital Campus)
Only a limited number of these additional physicals will be available, so....

Cost: $15 per athlete
Checks payable to "Islander Sports Foundation"
Proceeds go to fund supplies for CHS athletic training room
