I just got this back from the City of Coronado Action Center Update:

The status of the Action Item you submitted has been updated.
Thank you for contacting us. I have informed the supervisor and
processed a work order to repair the lights. The work order number is
8603. Please contact our Facilities Manager, Rudy Siebuhr, at
RSiebuhr@coronado.ca.us for status of repairs.
