Had a walk-through the other day to tour the state of the art Village Theatre: the classic art deco theatre with all the most modern technology. We were all VERY impressed--but I was especially struck by the murals adorning the walls of the main screening room. One side looks like Coronado by night with sparkling stars above and shimmering water below. On the other wall is the San Diego skyline as seen from across the bay here in Coronado. VERY well done--it will blow your mind. They are painted by black-light so the artists can see how they'll look under the mood lighting. I've been advised that the new owners don't want any pics released to ruin the surprise, but wait until you see it--even with the lights on it was SUPER cool! I can't wait to experience the entire finished product. We were impressed with their attention to detail on all aspects of construction, design and the state of the art movie equipment, too. This company has REALLY done it right. This will be a theatre to make Coronado proud and will be a treasure for years to come--I dare say it will have been WORTH the wait!

They always looked great on that theater, very excited to see these.
Thanks for the link Danny!
