Comment by Councilwoman Barbara Denny on May 25, 2012 at 7:54am: Thank you, Coronado, for turning out in force for our SPEAK OUT CORONADO Town Hall Meeting on Disaster Preparedness. We saw some familiar faces and many, many new faces, including four Middle School science students and one Girl Scout. Thank you Fire Chief Mike Blood, Police Chief Lou Scanlon and City Manager Blair King for attending and supporting our Town Hall on Disaster Preparedness. The presentation was so good that we invited San Diego Senior Disaster Coordinator Susan Asturias back in the Fall. Stay tuned for more.
