eCoronado.com is a locally owned and operated online newspaper for Coronado, CA. Yes, that's me in the above picture with my loving family supporting the 92118 movement - it helped to promise them Mootime in return for a photo! eCoronado.com had humble beginnings back in 2002 and has grown into the largest and most popular community website for the 'island'. Our growth is directly attributed to our thousands of members and visitors that have adopted our publication. Some of our recent online traffic and social media numbers:

- Over 50,000 monthly visits and 150,000 monthly pageviews
- Over 12,700 Facebook members (largest Coronado group on the web)
- Over 11,000 pages of SEO rich content and growing each hour
- Over 5,500 registered members (largest installed group for Coronado)
- Over 2,100 Twitter followers (high ratio of 'following to followers')

In order to fund our hyperlocal, round-the-clock coverage of Coronado, we provide advertising to businesses. We are proud to say that we have been and remained profitable since our first year of operation back in 2002.

The growth of eCoronado.com is a solid testament of his technical and marketing savvy. The site is largely successful because of a proactive team of content contributors with great ideas, witty writing, and multimedia know-how. Congratulations! THIS website (and team) should be the model for other community sites.
