All classes are open to the community and members.
Classes are $5 each when you purchase a 5- or 10-class punch card Sign-up Required.
Gentle Fitness [Main Gym]: This 40-minute seated fitness class teaches participants basic strength and toning exercises using a variety of equipment.
NEW! Circuit Training [Main Gym]: Circuit Training is designed to increase muscular strength and endurance, as well as provide an excellent cardiovascular routine! Students will learn basic weight lifting techniques, body weight movements and yoga.
Tai Chi for Balance [Sharp Coronado Auditorium]: The ancient art of Tai Chi Chuan has proven to enhance balance, coordination and ease of movement in those who practice it regularly. Students will learn basic forms in seated and standing positions.
Gentle Yoga [Sharp Coronado Auditorium]: Gentle yoga movements increase range of motion, flexibility and relaxation. The instructor can modify poses for those with physical limitations. Please bring your own yoga mat.
Stretch and Balance [Main Gym]: This 30-minute class will help you gain flexibility and stability during your daily activities. Participants must be screened for balance before enrolling.
NEW! H.I.T. (High-intensity Interval Training) [Main Gym]: H.I.T. is a high-octane course designed to build muscle, blast fat, and challenge every muscle in the body! This fast-paced 30 minutes will make you stronger, faster and leaner; without putting a damper on your schedule.
