Thanks for the email. Apologies for the delays, however Construction Plans have been returned from Building and Safety with mandatory corrections/changes. FTC&H Architects have made the required changes and have resubmitted plans back for approval. My guesstimate is bidding to take place within 30 days or less. You are welcome to direct any interested readers my direction. Will update you again ...
