Southern California is on a hot streak, while the rest of the country struggles through a grueling winter we've made it to the beach three weekends in a row. It's not just warm, it's perfect. A slight offshore breeze is barely noticeable and the beaches are empty. Beautiful weekend after beautiful weekend in late January and early February has allowed us to come to terms with the summer that never was.
