Michel and I want to know if you're still holding court at Cafe 1134 and when?

Actually, we were sort of goofing at your expense as we thought one of your campaign promises was to hold court at 1134 so your citizens would have access. Everytime we walk by we don't see you so Michel opined that you were breaking your campaign promise. I noted that since we only walked by at about 3:15 M-F that there WAS a chance you were there on other days or other times. I told him I'd email you and find out. And, I did. Thanks for getting back to me.

How is the city of Coronado responding to the fact that there are two swine flu cases at the Amphibious Base and two at North Island, a total of four in Coronado. What is the Navy doing to contain the virus?

I just wanted to take a moment and say you did a wonderful job at the Memorial Day Ceremony. It is nice to see you so involved with our community events whether it be a ceremony like the one Monday, or going to talk with the Scouts. Well done Mayor, well done.

Looks like there are a lot of events around town on Saturdat, Sept 11. But I would like to invite you to come support Coronado Pop Warner by stopping to catch one of our games. I believe it was a room to count money when there were tolls on the bridge.

I am very concerned about the lack of highway dividing lines(on the ground) on the bridge.  This occurs in both directions going on and off the bridge.  It is very, very unsafe when the lanes change from three to two lanes.  It is especially dangerous for our many visitors who are not familiar with the lane changing system.  Any idea when or if the lines will be re-painted???? 

 

Caltrans has not been responsive thus far about these requests to mark their bridge lanes clearly. I will make sure we put in another request today.
