When I worked at the Del, we would take our breaks and watch this each morning. It was great!

Actually not SEAL's yet. They are trainees going through BUD/S to hopefully become SEAL's. Fortunately they are ouit of first phase and in either the second or third phase of training. From the class size and color of their shirts they are possibly in third phase. They still have a lot of training to do once they complete BUD/S. Hence the term "Basic" Underwater Demolition/SEAL Training.
