Rotary Plaza Fountain Prank or Nuclear Cleaning Solution?
This morning, we noticed that the water was just a 'bit' brighter at the Coronado Rotary Fountain. Remember the time the same fountain got punk'd? See the overflowing suds here: http://www.ecoronado.com/photo/rotary-fountain-got-punkd We contacted the City to find out if it was planned or vandalism.

Just look for the glowing water near the 1100 block of Orange Avenue.

Maintenance workers had it shut off later on Saturday. We are waiting to hear back from the City of Coronado regarding the status of the fountain and an explanation on why it was bright yellow.

looks like the same was used in the ocean on Sunday...Coast Guard was out circling...expensive prank..anyone know about the ocean episode
