Q: How do I register for a recreation program?
A: You can register by phone (619) 522-7342, fax (619) 522-7870, by mail,
in person at 1845 Strand Way, or on-line using Online Registration.
Q: Where can I get a registration form?
A: Forms are located in our brochures that are available at the Coronado
Recreation Department, Municipal Pool and the Coronado Public Library.
Forms can also be down loaded by choosing the Recreation Activity Registration
Form option at the left side of this page.
Q: When can I register in person?
A: You can register in person between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through
Friday except major holidays. Registration dates are available in our
brochure.
Q: What are the hours and fees for the Municipal Pool?
A: Municipal Pool information is available in the Recreation Brochure
and by calling (619) 522-7308.
Q: When are the beach lifeguards on duty?
A: June 15 through mid-September 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, daily. Mid-September
through June 14 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, daily. Hours are subject to change.
Q: What are the Rules and Regulations for Special Events at the Beaches
or Parks?
A: Complete rules and regulations and Application for Facilities Use Permit
are available in our Recreation Brochure, by clicking this link, or by
calling (619) 522-7342 and having them mailed to you.
Q: How do I reserve a space at the beach or a park for a special event?
A: Submit a completed Application for Parks and Beach Use, proof of Liability
Insurance, and cleaning deposit to 1845 Strand Way, Coronado, CA 92118
or by fax to (619) 522-7870 at least 10 working days prior to the event
but not more than 6 months in advance.

Q: I live out of town, how can I get a Recreation Brochure?
